The Emancipation Oak stands at the center of our logo. Rooted and thriving on Hampton University's campus, the oak has witnessed the bondage and strength of black Americans.
For League 1868, this oak embodies our mission to rally the proud students and alumni of historically black colleges and universities through school spirit and enthusiasm. In the background of our logo but no less significant, the magnificent sun illuminating our oak symbolizes our zealous devotion to this mission.
